HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

*Requried: All returns MUST be initiated and requested online. If you ship a return/exchange back to K&K without initiating a return/exchange online first, then your return/exchange will be rejected. You may initate a return directly from within your account page by logging in. If you do not have an account, you may click on "Returns & Exchanges" in the footer at the bottom of our website or you may click the button below. During your online request, you will have the option to have a shipping label emailed to you. If you opt to have a shipping label emailed over then the cost of label will be deducted from your store credit or factored into your exchange cost and billed if needed. We apply the lowest label cost given to us and this cost varies per package, please note we are not given the actual cost by USPS until the item arrives back here. If you choose to purchase your own label elsewhere you will need to keep up with your tracking number to ensure it arrives back to us and you MUST ship back to the following address:

Return & Exchange Policy

14 DAYS - STORE CREDIT ONLY

At K&K's Giving Tree, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our products. Each of our products is carefully inspected prior to shipping and we are committed to customer satisfaction.

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 14 days from time of purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may exchange or return your purchase for Store Credit. If you purchase an item at full price and the item has gone on sale by the time you initiate your return, you will only receive credit back for the new sale price.

Please note that proof of purchase is required for a return. Upon return, your item(s) will be inspected, and exchanges and/or store credits will be issued for the purchase price only (unless newly discounted and added to a sale). Any taxes charged will be refunded via store credit in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items. (All items with a discounted sale price are considered Final Sale Items.)

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached. Merchandise must be returned in the same quality it was shipped as, meaning smoke-free and free of any odors with no pet hair, etc. If an item arrives back and does not pass inspection due to tobacco odors and/or contains pet hair, then credit back will be denied and you will be liable for shipping should you choose to have the item shipped back to you. If your return is denied you will have 3 days to decide if you want your item shipped back to you at your expense.

If your returned package arrives at K&K's Giving Tree within the 14-day timeline specified above, your exchange or return will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise. If approved, you will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when this return transaction has taken place. This email will contain an eGift Card with a Code to use for your store credit. If you return an item after the 14-day timeline specified above, your return will automatically be deemed unapproved and unaccepted without further notification. All unapproved returned items will be held for 3 days, during which time the customer may request to have the unapproved items re-shipped at the customer's shipping expense. Any returns containing unapproved items or final sale items and any returns received after the 14-day timeline where K&K's Giving Tree does not receive contact initiated by the customer (return initiator) within 3 days will automatically be restocked or donated to those in need without customer notification.
