Captain Rodney’s Private Reserve Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly is the finest pepper jelly available on the market today and his private reserve is the best of the best. Our pepper jelly features the unique flavor of the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper, combined with locally grown sweet bell peppers, apple cider vinegar and pure cane sugar, for a taste you are sure to come back for. All-natural, cooked in open pots in small batches with only the finest ingredients for a truly homemade taste. Our pepper jelly is perhaps best when served as an appetizer with cream cheese and crackers, but is also excellent as a marinade for fowl, pork, beef or game.
