Captain Rodney’s Private Reserve Pineapple Pepper Jelly brings a tropical taste to our multi-award winning Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly recipe. This new sensation adds fresh pineapple to the unique flavor of the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper, combined with locally grown sweet bell peppers, apple cider vinegar and pure cane sugar, for an exciting new take on an old favorite. All-natural, cooked in open pots in small batches with only the finest ingredients for a truly homemade taste. Our pineapple pepper jelly is perhaps best when served as an appetizer with cream cheese and crackers, but is also excellent as a marinade for fowl, pork, beef or game.
Ingredients: Pure Cane Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Pineapple, Red Bell Peppers, Water, Fruit Pectin, Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Salt.
