Knife rests date to the 18th century and became an essential part of a well appointed table during the Victorian era. Designed to protect table linens from messy stains between courses, our Tavola Knife Rests are a delightfully uncommon and refined addition to the table. Sold as a set of 4 in a charming pouch. Italian pewter, Hand made in the Lombardy Region of Italy.
